PAWS Pet Resort Announcement

Dear PAWS Family,

We have made the careful decision to discontinue PAWS Pet Resort Services, including Boarding, Daycare, and Grooming. Please know that this decision was not made lightly. Every single one of your pets holds a special place in the heart of the PAWS Pet Resort family.

Effective September 1, 2024, PAWS Pet Resort will be closing its doors permanently. The closure will occur in phases:

• Phase 1 – Doggie Daycare: The final day of Doggie Daycare services will be Friday, May 3, 2024.

• Phase 2 – Boarding & Grooming: To allow our clients sufficient time to find suitable accommodations for their pets elsewhere, Boarding will continue at PAWS Pet Resort through August 31, 2024.
  Grooming services will end Thursday, June 6^th, now that Chelsea has found a new business location: Chelsea’s Pet Grooming. Beginning June 10^th, Chelsea’s faithful clients will be able to reach her at (720) 557-6789. Her availability will be Monday – Thursday, by appointment only.  

The PAWS Pet Resort staff want to express their heartfelt thanks for your support and patronage over the years. It has truly been a privilege and honor to serve you and your pets, and we will forever cherish the memories we’ve made together. In fact, as many of our PAWS employees are taking positions at Brooklyn Veterinary Clinic, they are hoping to reconnect soon.   

For those who have upcoming boarding reservations or daycare bookings beyond September 1st, we will be reaching out individually to discuss alternative arrangements and assist you with finding excellent and trusted alternatives in the area. It is our intention to focus on gold-standard service offerings that better align with our commitment to exceptional medical care. We’ve heard the community’s request for quicker accessibility to veterinary services, and Brooklyn Veterinary Clinic is incredibly blessed to be adding experienced veterinarians and technicians to the team, focusing our efforts on a mission of comprehensive, collaborative, and compassionate care to the pets of our growing community.
